Need to change a Guilford account password?
ITS supports provisioning, activation, management, and deactivation of Guilford account credentials, including Guilford IDs/passwords and sponsored affilate accounts.
Guilford students, faculty and staff have three primary accounts:
- Network account – for campus computers, WiFi, Canvas, Web Helpdesk and many other systems
- Google/email account – for your @guilford.edu email account
- Banner Web account – login with your G# and Banner Web PIN/password for registration, Finanical Aid, timesheets and other campus business tasks
Special accounts such as “Banner Admin” for administrative use are issued on an as-need basis as approved by the appropriate office/supervisor who submits a request to ITS.
