- Providing Building Access for all door access and security needs includes, but not limited to, activating or deactivating patron access to buildings and updating lock or unlocking schedules.
To request building access or to submit a schedule change, please submit an IT Support Center Ticket. Requests are required to be submitted at least ??? business days prior to the expected completion date.
Students seeking access to a Residential Hall must verify the correct procedure with their Residential Assistant.
Door Access is supported at the Web HelpDesk.
The Web HelpDesk office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This service is available to the Guilford College community.
